Hi Parents, 

We're still in need of volunteers for this Thursday's meet against Pelham Falls. Thank you to those who have already volunteered. We can't run a meet without you!

We are missing runners, a 2nd half timer, 2 Stroke and Turn for the 1st half and 3 for the 2nd half. We could also use help with Clerk of Course. Here's a brief description of these jobs. 

Runner - So easy. You collect the timing sheets from the lane timers and hand them to the computer operator. 

Timer - If you can operate a stopwatch, you can time. This is a great way to get to watch your swimmer because you're up close where the action is. 

Stroke and Turn - If you grew up swimming and already know the technical aspects of the swim strokes and/or want to become familiar with the strokes while watching your swimmer up close and personal, this job is for you. This is the only position (unless you've done it before) that requires a few meets of job shadowing. See Laura Fee if interested. 

Clerk of Course - This is another easy position where you help get the swimmers moved from the tent to the benches and lined up to swim. You have help and a sheet with the swimmers names. This is a great way to get to know all the swimmers.
