2026 Registration Fees
Pebble Creek Swim Club Member or Half Mile Lake Homeowner
Swimmers age 4 and up (as of May 31st, 2026):
- 1st Swimmer - $160
- Each Additional Swimmer - $135
- Ages 15+ Reduced Registration - $60
- Family Fee Cap/limit- $565 (families with five or more swimmers pay $565)
Swim team registration fees are determined each swim season. These registration fees are the team’s primary source of financial support.
Registration fees cover the following:
- Coaches’ salaries
- SAIL swim insurance
- Swimtopia website
- Ribbons and awards
- Individual trophy or medal
- A t-shirt for each swimmer
- Swim cap with first initial and last name
- Free pasta pump up for the whole family
- Miscellaneous administrative expenses
- Divisionals swim meet entry fee
- And more!
Refund Policy
Our team is capped at 180 Sharks, so one family registering a child for Sharks may leave a place on the team unavailable to another child. Further, SAIL requires each team to pay per-swimmer fees before the season begins, and PCHM orders some merchandise, such as swim caps, before practice begins. PCHM pays those fees and expenses from the registration fees it receives each season, and those costs are built into each swimmer’s registration fee. Accordingly, PCHM cannot grant requests for full refunds in all circumstances. Instead, refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:
- A family who requests a refund at least one week before registration closes for the upcoming season will receive a full refund, less any credit card processing fees incurred. Registration will officially close April 15 or until we reach our limit of 180 swimmers, whichever comes first.
- A family who requests a refund between the close of registration for the upcoming season and April 30 will receive a full refund, less any fees or expenses already incurred by PCHM.
- No refunds will be given after April 30.
Team Suits
The cost of the team swimsuit is NOT included in the registration fees, but wearing the current team suit IS MANDATORY at meets.
Alpine Ski Center is selling our team suits and has them in stock for you to try on. This is year two of a two-year suit, meaning your swimmer does not need a new suit if you purchased one last year and it still fits. All orders with Alpine must be submitted by May 1st.
Alpine is offering 20% off swim-related items such as goggles.
