Swimmer Commitment:

You must commit your swimmer the Sunday before each meet by noon. If they are not committed, they will not be able to swim in the upcoming meet. 

How to Register for your swimmer for swims:

• Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
  • If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
• Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar".
• Next to the Meet you plan to register for click the Green Meet Entry button.
  • Here you will see your swimmers names listed.   
• Click the Red Edit button.
• If your swimmer does not intend to swim that week please mark that they are Not Attending Meet.
• If your swimminer is intending to swim mark them at Attending the Meet.
  • Now you will see the list of available events for their age group and their previous best times.
• You may select up to 3 individual events by marking the checkbox. 
• Select if your child is available for relays.
• Leave any comments you have for coaches in the final box. 
• Repeat for all swimmers in your family.
• Please SAVE after entering events for all swimmers.

Job Signup: 

• Click the Green Meet Entry button you will see a prompting to sign up for jobs above where you sign up your swimmer for events. 

OR

• Click the Green Job Sign Up button.
• • one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.
