Hey! 

Please declare whether your swimmer will be able to attend or not attend the  Championships Meet.  This meet takes place on Saturday, July 17th.  The meet is only for swimmers who qualified in events from the Divisionals Meet on July 9th or 10th.  You will not be choosing events for this meet.

I need this completed by this Sunday, please.
