Hey Shark Parents!

Wow, I can not believe that the first two weeks of our 2022 season have flown by!  The coaches have asked that you please declare you swimmers for ALL of the meets this season.  By doing this, it will allow them to know when your swimmer will be available for the ENTIRE season.  Here's an example: if you know that you are going to be out of town on June 16th, please declare NOT ATTENDING for that date and ATTENDING for the other meet dates.  This will save both the coaches and computer operator (me) an incredible amount of time because tracking down people at the last minute is not a fun activity!.  Keep in mind, the SAIL League DOES NOT allow "deck adds" the day of the meet, so we ask that you DECLARE for all of the meets by this Saturday.  We know that life happens and you may declare that your swimmer is attending, but he/she gets sick with swimmer's ear.  I can easily go into the computer and remove your swimmer, but I am not allowed to add a swimmer after the cut off date.  Are you confused? No worries because Elizabeth and I will be at practice tomorrow to assist in declaring your swimmer(s). 

Please remember that all of this needs to be done on the website pchm.swimtopia.com. It can not be done on the app.  The app is just for meets.
