Hope you are having a nice Memorial Day Weekend! I know I am! This week will go by quickly, so I wanted to send out the information for the upcoming meet at River Walk. On our pchm.swimtopia.com, you will find some basic information on what to bring to the meet. Once the meet is seeded, I will send out and post the heat sheet on the website. Below you will find the information that River Walk sent us about their facility and what time we have warm-ups. Please remember that we are guests at this pool, and we all need to be respectful of their rules, clean up after ourselves, use our manners, and have a great time! Let's get the reputation of being the nicest, friendliest, most sportsmanlike, and cleanest team in Blue Division!

FROM RIVER WALK:
River Walk is looking forward to hosting PCHM for our 1st meet of the 2022 SAIL swim season on Thursday, June 2nd. As a reminder this meet will start at 5:30 pm.

Warm ups:
River Walk warm-ups - 4:15 - 4:45pm
PCHM warm-up - 4:45 - 5:15pm
Meet Start: We will start the meet at 5:30 pm immediately following the National Anthem and Swimmer’s Prayer.
Parking: Please feel free to park in the paved lot and along neighborhood streets as designated by signage. Please observe all no parking signs.
Swimmer Drop off: Swimmers can be dropped off at the first roundabout before going to park.
Swimmer area: The bull pen for visiting swimmers will be located in the courtyard behind the pool (next to deep end of the pool). Feel free to bring a tent for the grass area if you would like additional shade. We will provide two tents.
Volunteers: All volunteers should assemble at 5:00pm on the pool deck behind the starter stand. This is where Officials and Timer meetings will be held. We would like to be running two computers so if you could provide one computer and two computer operators that would be most helpful.
Bull Pen Parents: Please ensure your bull pen parents are set up in the courtyard behind the pool. Swimmers will enter the pool deck through the courtyard gate.
Our
Concessions: Spectators and swimmers may enter concessions through the front door of the clubhouse.
Click Here for Menu Restrooms: Restrooms are located in the pool area in the breezeway of the main entrance. The clubhouse is only for those volunteers working concessions, computers, and ribbons. NO swimmers should enter the clubhouse for restrooms.
Spectators: All spectators will enter the pool deck at the main entrance. There will be roped off areas that everyone will need to stay within.
Severe Weather Plan: In the event of severe weather, we will follow SAIL’s weather policy. If we need to clear the deck, everyone is asked to return to their cars. We will text/email you when swimmers can return to the pool deck. We are unable to accommodate any swimmers/families in our clubhouse. All individuals will be asked to wait in their cars until the weather clears and a meet decision is made. Should there be sudden & extreme weather and passage to cars not be a safe option, the bathrooms, breezeway and clubhouse may be used for shelter.
