Hello and Happy 1st Home Meet Day!

Today we will be having our home meet against Holly Tree.  We have 108 swimmers vs Holly Tree's 87 swimmers. Coach Josh and Coach Delaney placed swimmers in events that they felt confident that they could swim.  Remember picking your swimmer's events might be changed by the coaches to better help our team. The meet is set and changing events is not possible.  Please trust in the process.

The Heat Sheet is attached to this email.  We will NOT be printing extra Heat Sheets for parents, so I suggest printing your own. Keep in mind we combine events, make sure you notice if your swimmer is in a combined event.  It is noted on the Heat Sheet.

Important Information:

• We will start setting up the pool for our meet at 3:30 today.  We will need adult or teenage helpers to make this go quickly
• Swimmers arrive by 3:45
• Warm-ups will be at 4:00-4:30 
• Henry's Hog Hauler will be available from 5:30-7:30 plan accordingly
• Pink Mama's Ice Cream will be at our meet
• Big Shark Little Shark is Favorite Drink

• Volunteers for 1st half must report by 5:15
• Start time is 5:30 
• Should there be a rain delay, please don't leave.  If you have to leave, please let the coaches know.
• If your swimmer is in the late relay, and you have to leave please tell the coaches because they will have to find a replacement swimmer.
