Dear Shark Families,

Can you believe the heat wave we are having?!  Originally, we were going to take our team photo on Thursday, but we feel we need to wait until it cools off a bit or on a none meet day. With this heat wave, please make sure your swimmer is hydrated prior to the meet and at the meet.

****We need volunteers! If you have not signed up yet, please see Laura Fee.***

Important Information:

• We will start setting up the pool for our meet at 3:30 today. We will need adult or teenage (non swimmer) helpers to make this go quickly
• Swimmers arrive by 3:45
• Warm-ups will be at 4:00-4:30
• Hamburgers and hot dogs will be grilled by some wonderful volunteer chefs for our meal option on Thursday
• Big Shark Little Shark is Favorite Snack
• Read over Meet 101 on https://pchm.swimtopia.com/swim-meet-101 website for more information
• Volunteers for 1st half must report by 5:15
• Start time is 5:30
• Should there be a rain delay, please don't leave. If you have to leave, please let the coaches know.
• If your swimmer is in the late relay, and you have to leave please tell the coaches because they will have to find a replacement swimmer.
