Hey!

On July 8th and 9th, we will have Divisionals at Silverleaf!  If your swimmer does well at Divisionals and makes it to Championships and Classics, he/she will have to be declared as AVAILABLE for this meet.  If you will be out of town, please declare NOT AVAILABLE for this meet. This is very important...if you declare AVAILABLE and decide to not go to the meet or not show up for the meet, YOUR swimmer will be charged a fee per event. This fee will not be paid for by the PCHM Swim Team. 

How to declare your swimmer for Championships and Classics: 

• Go to  Meets and Events Tab
• Click on Sign up Calendar
• Scroll down to 2022 SAIL Championship Meet
• Click on Green Meet Entry button
• The name of your swimmer(s) will appear
• Click the Edit Button
• Click on the the drop down arrow next to swimmer's name
• Declare Not Attending or Attending this meet
• Save
• Repeat ALL of the steps for the 2022 SAIL Classics Meet

All of this needs to be completed by Friday, June 24th! I have to then gather the information and double check making sure all swimmers are declared.  Please be mindful of the June 24th deadline.  Having to chase down people is not something I enjoy doing on my weekend.
