Pelham Falls Meet Infor Plus Extra Info For Upcoming Events

Pelham Falls Meet Information from their SAIL Rep: 

Pelham Falls Pool address: 6 Chatley Way Greer, SC 29651 (The main pool is to the right of the entrance as you pull into the neighborhood)

  • Parking/Construction:
The construction is relatively over and they are just working on clean up so construction/traffic should not be an issue. The parking lot next to the pool is reserved for our guest team, but it is limited. We will have the field next to the pool open, as well. Once those two areas are full, we ask people to park on side streets around the pool. Please, DO NOT park on Pelham Falls Drive. It is our only entrance/exit and it stays pretty busy.
  • Swimmer Areas: We will have an area on the grass behind the pool and near the volleyball court set aside for your team. We will have a tent set up and the area is shaded in the afternoon/evening and has plenty of space to bring other gear.

   •Warm up times for you guys will be 4:45-5:15 with the Meet starting at 5:30. At 5:15 all officials and timers will meet at the table behind the starter stand (you will have a designated table for your team). Just a heads up- since this is our last Home Meet we are going to recognize our seniors at 5:15 while officials and timers are gathered getting ready. We should still be able to start at normal time. 

  • Concessions: We will have a concession stand open for the evening and will have plenty of yummy snacks, ice cold drinks, as well as dinner items available. It is a cash only concession stand.
We will provide a complimentary meal for your coaches. We will also have water coolers placed around the deck to stay hydrated.  
  • Spectators: Spectators are welcome! Chairs, not so much. Lol We have such limited space on each side of our pool deck that we decided to only let chairs sit at the end of the pool (opposite the swim blocks). We will have 2 sets of bleachers set up on the side so you can come and sit and watch when your kid swims. There will be lots of shaded areas outside of the pool where you can also set up your chairs and when your swimmer is swimming you can come in and cheer them on!

Please arrive by 4:30, so your swimmer will be ready for the 4:45 warm up time.

Some extra information for the next few weeks 

Pasta Pump Up - July 7th: Sign up for jobs! This is a free spaghetti dinner for your swimmer and family.

Divisionals - July 8th Older Swimmers (11-18 years old) 5:30 PM at Silverleaf

Divisionals - July 9th Younger Swimmers (10 and Under) Just SHARKS at Silverleaf

Swim Team Banquet - July 10th at Half Mile Lake Pool at 6:00. This is for Guppies, Sharks, and their families. Please RSVP for this event.

Championships and Classics - July 16th and 17th at Greenville County Aquatic Center. Morning and afternoon sessions on July 16th and only one session on July 17th.

Pizza party for C&C participants and their families - July 17th after the meet. This will be at Half Mile Lake Pool time to be determined.
