Happy Valentines Day, Sharks! 

Yesterday, Coach Josh Evans gave PCHM the sweetest of Valentines by informing us that he will be our Head Coach for 2023! As you know, he is an amazing coach. Other teams put in their bids to get him this year, but he made the very wise (at least we think so!) decision to stay with the Sharks. Hurray!!! We are so excited that Coach Josh will lead us again, and we cannot wait for the upcoming season. 

So, get ready for swim registration! Our board is having its next meeting on March 7th, and we'll open swim registration soon after that. We'll also update the information on our website after we decide on a few more details about the season. We've made tremendous progress since the sad email sent on January 25th, but we have much more to do. Just know we're working hard to get everything ready. Thanks for your patience! 

In the meantime, please sign up for pool membership! According to SAIL rules, only Pebble Creek Swim Club or Half Mile Lake members may swim for PCHM. Therefore, if you do not live in Half Mile Lake and have not renewed your PCSC membership, please do so as ASAP. Here is the link to their site: https://pcswimclub.net/.

PCSC has spent significant time and money this offseason on upgrades to the pool, including remodeling the bathroom floors, breezeway, and stairs from the parking lot to the pool. With these and other enhancements, PCSC will be an even better place to spend summer days even when the Sharks are not in the water. Plus, they have been very accommodating in working with the new board to find a time to host our second practice. We are so grateful for our partnership with PCSC; we want it to remain strong!
