Attached is a PDF with all the meet details for this Thursday! Also, we still need several volunteers for the second half of that meet:

Write Names on Right Shoulder Blades

Also, Stonehaven gave us a good idea. They write their swimmers' names on their right shoulder blades. This way, the Clerk of Course and other officials will know who they are. (Yes, names are on the caps, but sometimes kids wear other kids' caps, forget their caps, break their caps, etc.) So, we are going to try that for this meet. Write your children's names on their right shoulder blades!

Big Shark/Little Shark

The Big Shark/Little Shark theme for this week's meet is favorite snack.

Towels and Water Bottles

Also, we are SO EXCITED to get PCHM towels and water bottles that are gifts from Reliable Sprinklers. Every swimmer — Guppies and Sharks — will receive one water bottle and one towel. Laura Fee will be passing them out at practice this afternoon, so be sure to be there to get yours!

Declare Your Swimmer for C&C

Championships and Classics (C&C) will be on July 15 and 16. Your swimmer will need to swim in Divisionals on July 7 or 8 to qualify for these meets. If your swimmer does qualify for C&C and doesn't swim in these meets, our team will be charged a huge fee. So, please go ahead and say whether or not your swimmer can make C&C. Here's how:

1. Visit this page: https://pchm.swimtopia.com/swim_meets.
2. Scroll down to "2023 SAIL Championships" and "2023 SAIL Classics."
3. Click the green "Meet Entry" buttons for each.
4. Click the red "Edit" button.
5. Beside each swimmer, choose, "Not available for this meet" or "Available for this meet."

Declare your swimmer no later than June 23rd! But let's be honest... we are all busy and will forget... SO JUST DO IT NOW. :)

Ladies' Tank Tops

If you are jealous of all the ladies wearing the super cute "Fear the Fin" tanks at meets, we have a solution! We still have some available. You can buy them for $20 during morning practices this week! Do it before Thursday so you'll be ready for the meet.
