Sorry about the canceled practice this morning! We hope to practice this evening. But in the meantime, read below.

Meet Info

Our meet this week is at Wellington Green! See attached for important information.

One thing to note is that they don't use traditional recording timers because tables and chairs don't fit. Instead, they will have three timers for each lane. One of them will have a clipboard and record the times for all three. So, Laura will be assigning two timers for lanes 2, 4, and 6. She will assign one timer who will also record times in lanes 1, 3, and 5. The bottom line is that timing will be a bit different, but the good news is that they think their process keeps the meet moving quickly... which is always a plus, as we learned last week!

Speaking of last week, let's cross our fingers for no thunderstorms during this meet! But thank you to Matt Neely and Multi-Family Select, Inc. for the awesome tents, which we put to good use last week.

Also, their concessions will be CASH ONLY.

Declare Your Swimmers for C&C

Don't forget to declare your swimmers for Championships and Classics. The deadline is June 23rd! 

Here's how:

1. Visit this page: https://pchm.swimtopia.com/swim_meets.
2. Scroll down to "2023 SAIL Championships" and "2023 SAIL Classics."
3. Click the green "Meet Entry" buttons for each.
4. Click the red "Edit" button.
5. Beside each swimmer, choose, "Not available for this meet" or "Available for this meet."
