All About Divisionals
Hey, Sharks!
It’s the email you’ve been waiting for… the one explaining everything you need to know about Divisionals. So, get ready and READ SLOWLY. We have a lot of information to give you!
We appreciate your taking care of these tasks in a timely manner so our coaches can focus on coaching and our board members do not have to contact you repeatedly.
Declare for Divisionals
You need to declare your swimmer for Divisionals NO LATER THAN 11:59 pm on Friday night.
If you’re not planning to do it, go in and choose, “Not Attending Event.” This way, you will save us the trouble of sending and yourself the trouble of receiving a million reminder messages.
If you are planning to have your swimmer participate in Divisionals, please read this previous email about how to check standings and choose the events that will be most beneficial for your swimmer and the team: https://pchm.swimtopia.com/news/220502.
Pasta Pump Up
Our Pasta Pump Up will be Thursday, July 6th, at 6 pm, at the Clubhouse Grille beside Pebble Creek Swim Club. This is a fun time to watch our team slideshow and get ready for Divisionals. Order food for your family by 11:59 pm on Friday night using this link: https://pchm.swimtopia.com/pasta-pump-up.
*** If you do not submit your order by this deadline, we will not have food for you at the event. ***

Divisionals Volunteers
We have a certain number of volunteer positions we need to fill. Volunteering is a great way to get on the deck and actually see your swimmer compete! One thing to note is that officials (Stroke & Turn, Ref, etc.) need to be certified and experienced. For ex: Divisionals is not a good time to try being the Stroke and Turn judge for the first time.
See available positions and sign up here: https://pchm.swimtopia.com/swim_meets/473051/shift_assignment.
An important note: The signup sheet won’t let you volunteer for the same shift for two different days. For ex: Clerk of Course 1st half on Friday + Clerk of Course 1st Half on Saturday. If you sign up for a first-half shift for one day, the sheet will think you are already tied up for the first half on both days and will only let you sign up for a second-half spot. So, if you run into this issue, just email Debby DeRosa. She can manually sign you up for the same shift on two different days.
That’s it for now! We’re in the home stretch! See you tonight at the meet.
Fins Up,
The PCHM Swim Team Board
