The month of May begins NEXT WEEK, which means it's almost time to get in the pool.

Important Swim Team Dates!

• Register by May 1^st to receive a personalized cap.
• Sunday, May 5^th, from 3 to 5 p.m., is the Meet the Coaches Drop-in at Pebble Creek Pool.
• Registration will close on May 5^th!
• Practice begins on May 7^th.

SAIL training for officials begins NEXT WEEK!

• Visit https://sail.swimtopia.com/training-classes-for-officials for all dates and times.
• Training for Clerk of Course, Starter, Stroke and Turn, and Meet Ref are all IN PERSON!
• At least one parent per family MUST volunteer for at least one shift per meet because (except for the coaches) our swim team is totally volunteer-run. We need your help!
• If you are a seasoned swim team parent, consider getting trained for positions beyond being a timer. We really appreciate our timers, but we need to staff our more highly trained positions, too!
• If you are totally new to swim team, some great positions for you include Timer, Tent Parent, and Runner.

NEW $50 Registration for 15+ Swimmers.

We are short on swimmers in the 15-18 category, so we are offering the chance to register these swimmers for only $50 this year. Parents of swimmers in this group who have already registered should have received an email from our Treasurer, Sharly Miller, and will receive a refund. RECRUIT FRIENDS to take advantage of this reduced rate!

Old Suits?

Some parents have expressed an interest in receiving hand-me-downs of swim team suits. If your child has grown out of any suits, bring or send them to the Meet the Coaches event on May 5^th.

Our Fundraiser!

Donating to our swim team, which is now a 501c3 organization, helps us keep registration costs down while continuing to provide lots of perks. This fundraiser is a great opportunity for businesses to advertise in our community. The deadline for businesses to donate and submit a logo is May 1st.
