Hey, Sharks! Are you getting excited about our meet on Thursday? :) If you or your child is nervous, tomorrow's mock meet should help!

Below are the details Sparrow's Point Swim Team, the home team for tomorrow's meet, sent to us. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask tomorrow.

MEET to start at 5:30pm – Visitors Warm Ups are at 4:30pm – Please note that this is 30 minutes earlier than our calendar originally stated.

POOL ADDRESS: 404 Ashridge Way, Simpsonville, SC 29681 

Turn Right into subdivision off Woodruff Rd and follow straight down to the pool. 

PARKING: Please honor all of our NO Parking Signs that are around the neighborhood, parking is allowed on only ONE side of the road – Violators will be towed. DO NOT block homeowner driveways or park on their lawns. There is a blind curve on Ashridge Way so there are No Parking Signs on both sides of the road to prevent any accidents. 

POOL PARKING LOT: the area to the left is closed for the Visitors' tent area and spectator seating. You MUST have a Parking Pass to park in the pool parking lot. We have 2 handicapped spots available. Come to the pool area to drop off your swimmer in the cul de sac and then park on the street facing the direction of traffic leaving the pool area. There will be NO chairs on deck. Spectators are welcome to cheer on their swimmers from the deck. We ask that you ‘set up camp’ in your team’s tent area. There will be a handicap only area on deck for those that need it. 

CLERK of COURSE entrance to the pool is reserved for SWIMMERS only. Spectators and volunteers MUST use the main entrance to the pool area by concessions. Please help us keep this area clear so swimmers may enter easily. Swimmers asked to exit at concessions after event is finished 

CONCESSIONS: We will have Chick-fil-A sandwiches, nuggets and Hot Dogs for sale along with drinks, chips, candy, and Nachos. All at a reasonable price! CASH or SQUARE ONLY One of our sponsors plans to hand out complimentary popsicles to all swimmers at the meet. Swimmer 

TENT AREA: Visitors' tent area is located in the parking lot located just beside the pool. BUG SPRAY is recommended. Feel free to bring tents to set up for swimmers. There are no electrical outlets, but you may bring generators for fans if you wish. Playground and Tennis Courts will be closed to all swimmers and spectators NO VIDEO OR PHOTOS ARE ALLOWED FROM BEHIND THE BLOCKS 

Volunteer Information Computer and Ribbons are located under the cabana on the pool deck. All 1 st Half Timers and Officials should report to the Starter end of the pool at 5:15pm. 

SEVERE WEATHER POLICY: In case of severe weather, we will follow SAIL’s severe weather policy and the Sparrows Point pool policy. The deck will be cleared, and everyone will be asked to return to their cars.
