The meet will start at 5:30 pm. The address for the pool is 404 Poinsettia Drive, Simpsonville, SC 29681

Warm-ups

Poinsettia/Weatherstone warm-ups - 4:15 - 4:45pm

Visiting Team warm-up - 4:45 - 5:15pm

Parking

VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ COMPLETELY - They are in the city limits, and Simpsonville Police will ticket illegally parked cars.

Please begin parking in the lot behind Poinsettia pool. The access is off North Almond Dr. Indicated by the red pin. You will see a sign for pool parking. The access is paved and leads to a grass lot. The wooden bridge will lead to the pool. They will have a parking volunteer to help park cars and to stop access once the lot is full. After the parking area is full, you may park along the neighborhood streets. 

A few things to remember: 

• Park in the direction of traffic flow and on only one side of the street. We must leave room for emergency vehicles to pass.
• Do NOT block driveways or mailboxes, do NOT park in anyone’s yard, and do NOT park close to any intersection. You must leave plenty of space for cars near the intersections and have a full view of traffic.
• Do NOT park on Fernwood Drive. This is a state road and very busy. There will be no parking in front of the pool. Please observe all "no parking" signs.

Reserved Parking

There will be approximately 10 parking spots reserved for your team in our main parking lot by the pool. Enter the parking just past the pool. Visiting team spaces are on the left side as you enter the parking lot. The signs indicate for officials, but coaches, ribbons, etc., may park in these spaces.

Swimmer Drop off

Swimmers can be dropped off in front of the pool before going to park.

Swimmer Area

The visiting swimmers will be located on the grassy area to the left of the main pool entrance. Feel free to bring a tent for the grass area if you would like shade. Any overflow of swimmers may move across the parking lot to the grassy area near the pavilion. This overflow area is a distance from the pool, so be sure you have tent parents to help with calling events.

Clerk of Course/Event Line Up

Swimmers will enter through the small pool gate located at the front of the pool. They will line up on the left side of the pool near the diving boards. Swimmers will exit the pool to the right moving toward the starter stand.

Volunteers

There will be a table inside the front gate of the pool for volunteers to check in with our team. All volunteers should assemble at 5:10 p.m. on the pool deck behind the starter stand, where the Officials and Timer meetings will be held.

Parents

Parents/Spectators are welcome to place chairs on the pool deck.

Heat Sheets

We will email the heat sheet to you as soon as it is available. We will NOT be selling heat sheets at the meet.

Concessions

They will be selling concessions. They will have Chick-fil-A sandwiches and nuggets, as well as a variety of snacks, candy, and drinks. We accept cash and Venmo.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located in the building located on the pool deck.

Computers

Computers will be located under the roof area located next to the kiddie pool.

Severe Weather Plan 

In the event of severe weather, they will follow SAIL’s weather policy. If they need to clear the deck, everyone is asked to return to their cars. We will notify you via the Swimtopia app when swimmers can return to the pool deck. We are unable to accommodate any swimmers/volunteers/spectators on the pool deck during a weather delay.
