Cookout - Iron Shark - Divisionals - C&C - DEADLINES
Hey, Sharks! The end of the season is fast approaching, so we have some important deadlines to share with you!
June 23rd Cookout
We will have a team cookout outside the Pebble Creek Pool on Sunday, June 23rd, from 5 to 9 p.m. The whole family is invited! During this time, swimmers will have the opportunity to decorate crowns for their divisionals costumes!

We will distribute meal tickets at practice next week!
Divisionals
Our divisionals meet is now open on our Signup Calendar for declaring your swimmer. If your swimmer can attend, here is how to determine what events to sign up for:
- Go to this page:
- Scroll down to see a green and blue icon to the right of the screen. The green icon is a document with an X on it, and the blue icon is a printer. Below these buttons is a search bar.
- Type your swimmer's name. You will now see which events your swimmer has the highest rankings in.
- Choose up to three of the highest-ranking events.
Signing up according to division ranking will give your swimmer the best chance of making it to C&C and our team the best chance of winning the meet!
Please declare your swimmer for divisionals no later than Friday, June 21st, at 11:59 p.m.
Iron Shark Shirts
Your swimmer has two more meets to qualify for Iron Shark. An Iron Shark is a swimmer who has legally swam each individual event (not relays) at least once during the season. Once your child qualifies, you can order a shirt on this page: https://pchm.swimtopia.com/june-23-cookout
The deadline for ordering is Sunday, June 23rd, at 5 p.m.
Championships and Classics
Don't forget to declare your swimmers for Championships and Classics! These competitions at Westside pool on July 13 (Championships) and July 14 (Classics). Swimmers will qualify based on how they swim at divisionals.
All we need to know is whether your swimmers can make it if they qualify. To do so, simply go to these events on the Signup Calendar and choose "Not available for this meet" or "Available for this meet."
The deadline to declare your swimmers is Sunday, June 23rd, at 5 p.m.
Declaring your swimmer and then following through with the commitment you make is very important because our team will be charged $50 per event and $100 per relay of a swimmer who qualifies and doesn't show up for the event. So, thanks in advance for your help!
