Hey, Sharks!

We are very excited to host this week's swim meet against Botany Woods. It will be our LAST dual meet of the season!!!

Important Times:

• PCHM warm-ups: 4:15-4:45 p.m.
• Botany Woods warm-ups: 4:45-5:15 p.m.
• Officials and Timers meet on deck at 5:10 p.m.
• Tent parents should start lining up kids for medley relays no later than 5:15 p.m. - getting started right after the cheer will be ideal!
• Meet starts at 5:30 p,m,

Parking:

VIP Parking is very limited due to the food trucks and other priorities. If you are on the list to park in one of the spaces, you will be contacted in advance. You will see a parking attendant to the right when you pull into the pool, and that person will have the list. 

We are sorry we cannot provide VIP parking to everyone, but remember that walking is great exercise! :) And you are welcome to drop off your swimmers with all their stuff before you park. :)

Our pool shares a parking lot with the golf club, so we ask that you park closest to the pool and towards the tennis courts. Street parking is available on Pebble Creek Drive on the side opposite of houses and at the tennis courts. If you need to park in an area with houses on one side of the road, please be mindful to park on one side of the street and avoid blocking driveways.

Swimmer Area:

Our swimmer area will be in the field between the pool and tennis courts. Since both teams will be in this area, we will designate separate areas. The tennis courts are owned by an entity separate from the pool and are in disrepair, so they are off-limits. We will have the area roped off, but just FYI for tent parents.

Volunteers:

Computers and ribbons will be in the toddler pool area. First-half officials and timers should meet behind the dive blocks at 5:10 pm. Tent parents, please start lining up relays as soon as the cheer is over. Concessions:

We will have trucks from Carolina Classic Diner (menu attached) and Sno Hut in the parking lot. Our Shark Shack will sell pizza, hot dogs, snacks, and drinks. We will also provide free popsicles to the swimmers!

Spectators:

We are allowing spectators on deck; there will be a spectator area near the deep-end side of the pool. Space is limited, so please be mindful of other people.

Severe Weather Plan:

In severe weather, we will follow SAIL’s Severe Weather Policy. If we clear the deck, everyone should return to their cars. We will contact you using the alert function in Swimtopia's app, so please have the app downloaded, sign in, and turn on notifications.

Heat Sheets:

When heat sheets are ready, Melissa will post them under this meet on our Signup Calendar page.
