Important Info for 2025 Blue Divisionals @ Stonehaven

Who's excited about Divisionals?! Below is some important information about the weekend.
MEET LOCATION
Stonehaven Pool address: 5 Cooper Dairy Road, Simpsonville, SC
SWIMMER & SPECTATOR DROP-OFF
Drop-off will take place at the fitness center parking lot during the following times:
- Friday: 2:30–3:30 PM
- Saturday: 7:00–8:00 AM
After dropping off swimmers and gear, drivers must park at Advent United Methodist Church and walk to the pool. Parking marshals will be present to direct traffic.
PARKING
- Vehicles with a parking pass may park in the Stonehaven clubhouse lot.
- All other vehicles should park at Advent United Methodist Church.
- No street parking is allowed within the neighborhood.
After the designated drop-off windows, the fitness center lot will open to additional vehicles with passes. Those arriving after drop-off without a pass should drop off at the entrance and then park at Advent.
SEVERE WEATHER PLAN
In the event of severe weather, all spectators should return to their vehicles. Meet officials will determine when it is safe to resume the meet. Updates will be shared through SwimTopia alerts, so please ensure the app is downloaded and notifications are enabled.
Be sure to pack rain gear because there is a chance of thunderstorms this weekend.
RESULTS
Results will be posted on the brick wall near the Hospitality Tent on the pool deck.
AWAY TEAM TENT SETUP
- Tents may be set up starting Friday after 10:00 AM.
- Each team will have a designated space and is responsible for providing their own tent, generator, fans, and trash can.
- Generators and fans may be locked in the pool bathrooms overnight Friday.
- Please help with set-up, clean-up between sessions, and take-down at the conclusion of the meet.
Please lower tents Friday evening and raise them again Saturday morning.
If you signed up to bring additional items (tents, tables, etc.), you may drop them off Thursday or Friday at the clubhouse. If you signed up to bring a cooler with ice and water, please drop it off at the Hospitality Tent upon arrival.
HEAT SHEETS
Electronic heat sheets are attached. Printed copies will be provided to officials and meet staff.
CLERK OF COURSE & EVENT LINE-UP
The Clerk of Course will be located near Lane 1, at the start end of the pool. Swimmers should enter through the back gate by the baby pool. A GroupMe chat will be available for tent parents, Clerk of Course volunteers, and others who wish to coordinate swimmer movement.

SPECTATORS
All spectators should enter through the front pool gate.
- Spectators may stand on the deck to watch events, but no chairs are permitted on deck.
- You are welcome to set up personal tents in the front parking lot or gather under your team’s tent between races.
- Coaches will be stationed on the far side of the pool near the starter stand; spectators should remain on the opposite side.
TIME DROPS
The meet will use the Time Drops system and a live scoreboard.
To follow along in real time, download the Time Drops Live app and enter PIN: 7463.
HOT HEATS & DUCKS
Hot Heats and ducks will be featured during both sessions.
- Swimmers who hear music during their heat are in a Hot Heat and can choose a prize at the Hot Heat table.
- Every swimmer who wins their heat (including relays) will receive a duck.
SWIM CREW HATS
Swim Crew, a Florida-based small business and creator of this year’s Stonehaven Divisionals gifts, will be on-site both days offering custom hats.
CONCESSIONS
A wide variety of food and drinks will be available near the clubhouse, including:
- Hot dogs, hamburgers, pasta, smoothies, chips, candy, and drinks
- Saturday additions: Bojangles biscuits, muffins, and coffee
- Food Truck: One Dessert Place will be on-site both days, serving nachos, fruit cups, desserts (Friday), and coffee (Saturday)
VOLUNTEER BEVERAGES
Each team is asked to bring a cooler with ice and water each day. These will be located at the Hospitality Tent for use throughout the meet.

- Officials Meeting & Parade Line-Up: 3:50 PM
- Parade (Order: SH, PCHM, McCarter, Silverleaf, NF): 4:00 PM
- National Anthem, Swimmer’s Prayer, Senior Recognition: 4:15 PM
- Meet Start: 4:30 PM
Saturday, June 28
- Warm-Ups (PCHM, Lanes 4–6): 7:50–8:20 AM
- Officials Meeting & Parade Line-Up: 8:20 AM
- Parade (Order: NF, Silverleaf, McCarter, PCHM, SH): 8:30 AM
- National Anthem & Swimmer’s Prayer: 8:45 AM
- Meet Start: 9:00 AM
OFFICIALS MEETING
All officials will meet at the starter stand:
- Friday at 3:50 PM
- Saturday at 8:20 AM
