Hey, Sharks!

Here are some last-minute meet details and some other important information and deadlines. A lot of the info below is new... not just reminders about things we've already sent out. So, please read! :)

Tomorrow's Meet

• As a reminder, here are the meet details we sent out earlier in the week: https://pchm.swimtopia.com/news/250062
• Swimmers will be making posters for our home meet between practices tomorrow morning. If 11-and-up swimmers want to participate, they should come 15 minutes before practice starts. 
• Swimmers should arrive at the meet by 3:45 p.m. to prepare for the warm-ups, which begin at 4:15 p.m.
• We are so glad our families have fun at our meets! But please make sure your swimmers stay in the tent area until they are finished with all their events so that the tent parents can find them. If they are on deck or hanging out in the parking lot, they might miss their events!
• There will be a celebratory pool party after the meet!

Cookout

• Tomorrow and Friday mornings are the last times to pick up tickets! If you won't be at practice or Ribbons & Donuts, have a friend grab your tickets for you.
• You can come to the cookout to decorate crowns or hang out even if you didn't order food.
• If you can't make it to the cookout, we will make the leftover crowns available at practice for swimmers to decorate at home.

Signups and Deadlines - SOME NEW INFO!!!

• Declare your swimmer for Divisionals no later than Friday, June 21st, at 11:59 pm.
• Volunteer signups are now available for Divisionals.
• Iron Shark Shirt orders are due Sunday, June 23rd, at 5 p.m.
• Declare your swimmer's availability for C&C by Sunday, June 23rd, at 5 p.m.
• RSVP for Pizza Pump Up by Sunday, June 23rd! Thanks to Plumbing in Pink, the food for this event will be FREE this year! See the bottom of this email for the awesome special they are offering our swimmers.
• You can now RSVP for the Swim Team Banquet! We will provide chicken fingers as the main dish. To bring sides, sign up in the volunteer section of this event.
