Pool Address and Swimmer Drop-Off

The pool is located at 10 Violet Court, Greenville, SC 29615.

Please use the circle by the clubhouse for unloading and swimmer drop-off. Swimmers should arrive by 4:15 p.m.

If something comes up and your swimmer will miss the meet, please text Debby DeRosa at 864-423-2043 as soon as possible.

Meet days are hectic, so emails to board members and coaches may be missed.

Heat Sheets

Attached are the heat sheets and individual swimmer event lists. You can also find your family’s meet information in the SwimTopia app.

What to Bring

Team suits are REQUIRED for the meet. Swimmers should also wear their PCHM cap or a solid-color cap.

Please label EVERYTHING.

Severe Weather Plan

As of now, thunderstorms are predicted for this evening.

If severe weather occurs, we will follow SAIL’s weather policy. If the deck must be cleared, everyone will be asked to return to their cars to wait.

Please DO NOT LEAVE, especially if your swimmer is scheduled for a relay.

Make sure you have the SwimTopia app downloaded with notifications turned on so you can receive alerts when it is time to return to the pool deck. Use the email and password you created during registration to log in.

No Ribbons and Donuts Tomorrow

There will be no Ribbons and Donuts tomorrow! We look forward to beginning this weekly event next Friday at 9 a.m.
