Schedule

• Swimmer Arrival: 4:00 p.m.
• Warm-Ups: 4:45-5:15 p.m.
• Timers & Officials Briefing: 5:15 p.m. (behind the dive blocks)
• Meet Start: 5:30 p.m.

Team Tent Area
Our team area will be on the tennis courts near the pool gate and parking lot. Set-up begins at 3:45 p.m. Swimmers should enter through the gate and proceed directly to the staging area benches.

Volunteer Information
The volunteer check-in table will be located near the end of the building across from the starting blocks. Records, ribbons, and computers will be set up in front of the bathroom building facing the pool.

• First-half volunteers: Check in with Laura by 5:00 p.m.
• Second-half volunteers: Check in with Laura by Event 35.
• First-half officials and timers: Meet behind the dive blocks at 5:15 p.m.

Concessions
Concessions will open at 4:45 p.m. in the front parking lot. Payment will be accepted via cash or Venmo only. A wide variety of entrees, snacks, and beverages will be available, and Berry Hill will be on site with their popular acai bowls.

Heat Sheets
Heat sheets and events by athlete are attached! Printed heat sheets will be available for officials and Clerk of Course volunteers. Meet information and live updates will be available in the SwimTopia app and on Time Drops throughout the evening.

Parking
Parking is very limited. Available options include:

• The grassy lot at the entrance to the pool
• Along McCarter Avenue, Sweetbriar Road, and Fern Creek (off Sweetbriar Road)

Please park on the right side of the street and do not block driveways, stop signs, or designated no-parking areas. Keeping roads clear is essential for traffic flow and emergency access.

Spectator Seating
Families may sit on the pool deck between the pool and the building. Additional seating is available on the green space behind the starting blocks, accessible via the path from the parking lot.

Reminder: Per SAIL rules, no cameras are permitted behind the starting blocks.

Weather Plan
In the event of severe weather, we will follow SAIL's weather policy. If the pool deck must be cleared, please return to your vehicles. Updates will be sent through the SwimTopia app when swimmers are permitted to return, so be sure your notifications are turned on.
