Guess what? It's time for another swim team email! You might as well get used to checking your inbox daily over the next week or so. There are lots of exciting events coming up as we wrap up the season!

• Swimmers should arrive by 3:45 p.m.

• Heat sheets were emailed on Tuesday, and you can also view your swimmer's events in the SwimTopia app.

Weather Update

The forecast is looking a little dicey for tonight, so please make sure you're logged into the SwimTopia app on your phone and have notifications enabled.

If we need to clear the deck due to severe weather, please head to your vehicles and wait for updates through the app. Unless you receive an official cancellation notice, please plan to stay and wait for further instructions.

Swim for Matt Fundraiser

Our fundraiser in memory of Matt Huey has already raised $940 for the Hirschberg Foundation. We are incredibly grateful for the generosity and support of our swim community.

Out of respect for Isaac and Kade, we have decided not to recognize Matt or the fundraiser during tonight's meet. While our community's support means so much, our priority is making sure the boys can enjoy their final home meet and feel as normal as possible.

With that in mind, swimmers should not write phrases related to the fundraiser on their bodies tonight.

We will continue to share fundraising updates via email and social media as we give in hope for a future without this devastating disease.

Upcoming Deadlines

• Declare for Divisionals, Championships, and Classics by Friday at 11:59 p.m. Details were included in our June 6 email.
• RSVP for Pizza Pump Up and our End-of-Season Banquet by Sunday through the Signup Calendar. The whole family is invited to these fun events, and we need an accurate headcount so we can order enough food for everyone.
